Because of the nature of PDF downloads, I cannot offer refunds for purchases. Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns before you buy. I want to make sure you only buy a pattern you really want. Thank you so much.
Yarn
450 yards of fingering weight yarn
Note: I was able to finish each sample with a single skein of yarn but it was very close. Even subtle differences in gauge can change yardage, so it is advisable to buy a second skein, if you can.
Supplies
US 6 / 4mm circular knitting needle, at least 36” / 91 cm long
Stitch markers
Tapestry needle
Blocking supplies
Gauge
Because of the way the shawl is blocked, the gauge will vary throughout the shawl. Work a swatch that is 2 Large Motif repeats wide and 1.5 Large Motifs deep.
1 motif is approximately 4” / 10 cm wide by 6” / 15 cm wide in swatch.
Note: gauge is approximated here and is not instrumental to the success of this shawl but may impact the finished size and yardage required for your piece.

Introduction
Is it a shawl? A capelet? Maybe a scarf? Some sort of frankensteinian love child of the three? It doesn’t really matter how you wear it or what you call it, it’ll add a bit of beauty and warmth to anything you pair it with.
This is a true lace pattern, with pattern stitches worked on right and wrong side rows. It’s worth the little bit of extra attention it takes, to produces such a dramatic lace pattern.
