A forest-inspired pattern of cables, bobbles and lace decorate the front of this cozy pullover. The classic-looking shape is knit seamlessly beginning with the sleeves.
The sleeves and front bodice section are cast on using a provisional method, then sleeves and upper body are knit simultaneously up and over the shoulders, while shaping at the shoulders for the sleeve caps. The provisional cast-on stitches are joined to the live sleeve stitches at the underarms, and the body stitches remain on the needles. The body is then worked in the round to the lower edge, with some waist shaping. So fun, and seamless!
