The Weekender Headband has a lacy, sophisticated stitch pattern and, just to make sure it fits securely around the head for all sizes, it ties in the back. Or front, if you prefer.

The stitch pattern is easy. You won’t even have to cut your thread because the entire thing is made in one piece. Beginning at the end of one of the ties, you will work your way to the opposite end. From there, you will crochet a border around the entire headband.

This pattern uses approximately 50 yards or 1 ounce of size 3 crochet thread and an F/5 (3.75 mm) crochet hook.

There is also a stitch chart included in the pattern if you prefer to read charts.
