I have specialized during my crochet design career, starting in 2002, creating men’s snowboarding and skateboarding styled beanies. Always created in-the-round with half double crochet stitches. My progression has been founded upon grasping the concepts of ribbing and fields to create diamond and cable shaped designs of all types. The next step ahead is working with lower weight yarns thereby increasing the number of stitches with which to work allowing the creation of more complex and finer patterns.

Recently my designs have been influenced by slouchy women’s hats, square weave patterns and complications of current and basic designs.
