I first crocheted as a teen after watching my grandmother. She didn’t have the patience to teach me so I learned by book (I Taught Myself to Crochet). I crocheted up until the birth of my 2nd child and then dropped it for over 20 years. Now I’m back on the hook and addicted, though I love the look of knitting better, crochet is what comes naturally to me.
