My name is Eleanor and I am the woman behind Knitwear by Eleanor Alice. My Mother taught me how to knit when I was about 8 years old and she installed in me my love for knitting. I don’t think a day goes by where I don’t knit in some way, whether it’s creating new designs or knitting and testing my ideas for loved ones and myself!

Over the years I went on to study Fashion Knitwear Design at University and now, working in the fashion industry, I realise the importance of thoughtful and detailed designs that create sustainable fashion pieces tailored for all women.

This passion, and the desire to create quality garments from well-written patterns, led to the creation of Knitwear by Eleanor Alice.
