I did my very first knitting related designing as a 4 year old - when I very helpfully added drop-stitch patterns to my mother’s knitting. My mother instinctively realized the potential consequences of this newfound skill and made sure I got my own yarn and needles to play with. From there, it took me a few decades to actually write up a pattern properly, but now they are slowly making their way into the computer and out to you.
