SUMMARY: This woman’s or man’s pullover features a chest area design band of 2 standing moose facing a central snowflake medallion on the front with a medallion on the reverse of a moose head, all backed in diamond lattice, small snowflake patterns, half flowers and color bands. Additional snowflake patterns are used to edge the bottom hemline and the cuffs. The body features lice patterning. The split, round neck, cuffs and hemline are a simple color rib pattern. The neckband is picked-up from the neck opening and knit on and includes button loop closures. Norwegian steeking is used for the armholes. There are 2 colourways presented, using 1 Main Color (MC) and 4 Contrasting Colors (CC1 – CC4) using either Dalegarn Heilo or Falk yarns. Some of the colors suggested in the pattern are no longer available.
The pattern includes 2 caps and mittens.

GUAGE INFORMATION: 28 rounds of pattern equal 4” (10 cm). Use either 3 mm (US 2½) or 3½ mm (US 4) for pattern work, whichever is needed to obtain guage. Circular and double point needles are required. Crochet hook 2 mm (US B/1) is used in picking-up stitches and making button loops.
