Each source has a different set of recommended yarns. The above is in the King Cole version of the pamphlet.

The third yarn is in the database, with 1492 metres for a 400g cone. There are some 25g balls stashed too, so the balls are each 93.25 metres. This has been used to calculate the yardage.
