Pattern description:
This pattern provides instructions for four styles of toy gnome, knitted in King Cole DK yarn.

Gauge:
26 stitches and 36 rows to 10cm (4“) over stocking stitch using 3mm knitting needles or the size required to give the correct tension. Check your tension – if less stitches use thinner needles, if more use thicker needles.

Sizing Information:
Measurements (approximate excluding hats).
Small Slim Gnome: 19 cm high
Small Stout Gnome: 18 cm high
Large Slim Gnome: 21 cm high
Large Stout Gnome: 20 cm high

For all included pattern’s you will require washable toy stuffing.

Below lists each shade required for each variation, you require 1 50g ball of each colour specified, however, as suggested below for the 4053-Black you only require oddments. See photographs for more information.

Shades:
Gnome A: 4090-Buttercup, 4093-Cameo, 4094-Porcelain, 4091-Olive, 4020-White, 4053-Black (oddments).

Gnome B: 4055-Carnation, 4040-Saxe, 4028-Orange,
4094-Porcelain, 4059-Leaf, 4020-White, 4053-Black (oddments).

Gnome C: 4059-Leaf, 4093-Cameo, 4094-Porcelain,
4040 Saxe, 4020 White, 4053-Black (oddments).

Gnome D: 4091-Olive, 4090-Buttercup, 4092-Clay,
4094-Porcelain, 4093-Cameo, 4020-White, 4053-Black (oddments).
