Advents Ruffle Shawl - english
This triangle shawl consists of a plain mesh pattern and a ruffle edging all around.
With more or less pattern repeats you can make your shoulderwrap as large as you like.
You can use every even yarn with a suitable hook
(not too small).
The ruffle edging will need about 40% of the hole yarn amount.
The pattern is charted (2 diagrams) and the short instructions base on standard american crochet terms. There’s also a detail photo with explainations.
For example the measurements of the shawl in light green (photos 2+5): about 59 inches wide and about 29.5 inches long after washing and light blocking
Yarn: Uschi Babygarn, 100% polyacrylic,
1.76 ounces/208 yards
Yardage about 710 yards (3.4 skeins)
