Amelia Slouch Beanie
Having five kids means I am always on the go. Occasionally I need a quick satisfying pattern. Also being style conscious I want to knit something I will wear, with everything. I made this pattern for some friends who wanted to learn knitting in the round. It is a beginner pattern but I had the pattern tested by seasoned knitters and they all loved it. So quick and a hat that you can wear every day. Rasta is the squishiest warmest yarn so it is recommended for the most delicious finished hat, however this was knit by testers in other yarns all super bulky weight so it works with other yarns as well.
Materials Needed:
1 Skein of Rasta by Malabrigo or any comparable yarn
90 yards of Super Bulky Single ply yarn (2-2.5 stitches per inch)
Pattern Gauge: 8.5 stitches and 15 rows in 4 inches
US size 13 (9.0mm) circular needles 12 inch-16 inch (30-40cm)
Stitch counters
There are videos for every technique in this pattern on my YouTube channel.
