April Plumetis is a nice and simple shawl: knitted in a cotton/wool blend, it’s perfect for the mid-season! But you can knit it in a warmer yarn and you’re all set for winter!
It is rather simple to make but its textured stitch (swiss dots), its fancy border (eyelets strip and cat’s tooth edge) and increases every two rows keep the things interesting!
The shawl is worked from top down and will only require one final seam (to create the cat’s tooth edge).

Yarn 200g of Drops Cotton Merino (480m/520 yards)

Needles 4mm/US6 circular needle, at least 80cm/32’’ long (or any needle size corresponding to the yarn you use)

Notions 4 stitch markers, tapestry needle

Gauge 20sts and 30rows = 10cm/4’’ in stockinette stitch

Size 150cm/59’’ wide and 60cm/23,5’’ long at center spine
The gauge isn’t crucial for this project, but differences will affect the finished size.
