Arcadia Hat
Arcadia features an interesting rib pattern which flows seamlessly into a unique cable pattern which is reminiscent of Art Nouveau window detailing, or the marble arches of fantasy landscapes. The cabling makes way for ribbing that flows into structured shaping in pattern.
The hat is topped with an optional large pompom (template included in pattern) for those wanting to make a statement, or can be left without for a more understated yet elegant knit.
Arcadia takes roughly 150m (165 yards) of DK yarn, plus extra yarn for the pompom (about 75m/80 yards was used for this absolutely huge pompom, but it is an especially full pompom and you could very easily make a good sized pompon with only half that amount).
