Arkenian is regular triangular cozily and warming shawl with lacy border. While knitting a border part You have to be attentive as soon as lace has to be worked both in RS and WS rows

Gauge is not critical but I suggest fingering, DK or sport yarn for this shawl otherwise it will be smaller in size.
