A one-ball project that is knitted fast. Despite working with basic stitches, Atenea shows a very interesting and attractive texture.

Adult small/medium & large
To fit head circumference: 21-22” (54–56 cm) / 23-24’’ (58,5-61 cm)
Length from brim to top: about 9.25” (23 cm)

Shown in size small/medium in Manos del Uruguay, color “Estancia”.
If you knit the large one, you will have a slouchy version, as shown in blue in Malabrigo Worsted.

Materials:

Yarn: Manos del Uruguay Gloria (100 % superwash merino, Worsted weight). You can also choose an aran yarn.
1 (1) skein (219 yards/200 metres per 100 g) – 170 (200) yards

Needles and other notions: US 4 (3,5 mm) and US 7 (4,5 mm) 16-inch (40 cm) or 20-inch (50 cm) circular needles and US 7 (4,5 mm) dpn needles.
Stitch marker, cable needle, tapestry needle.

Gauge:

18 stitches x 34 rounds = 4” x 4”/10 cm x 10 cm in Garter stitch

Un proyecto de un ovillo que se teje rápido. Si bien se trabaja con puntos básicos, la textura de Atenea resulta interesante y atractiva.
