A few yellow feathers
Fabric glue
Small amount polyester fiberfill

Hat is worked flat in stockinette stitch. Edge is in contrast color. Sew back seam.

Make Cocks Comb, Eyes, Beak. Sew onto hat. Glue on feathers to finish.
