This is a baby blanket, but the pattern can be used for a variety of sizes and purposes.

The flowers are made in Crochet.

SIZE OF BLANKET AND CAST ON:
You need to cast on any multiple of 8, plus 8 extra st.
For example:
(11 x 8= 88)
88 + 8 st. = 96 st.
This is the size I made, which is on the small side.

For a medium size, you probably need:
(14 x 8) + 8 = 120 st.

And large:
(16 x 8) + 8 = 136 st.

The SIZE OF THE NEEDLES depends on the yarn you will be using. In mine, I used a worsted yarn (medium), and I used 5mm needles (US 8). The beauty of this pattern is that it can be made with a variety of yarns (Check the label in the yarn you chose).
