The purple was made with baby yarn (light #3), which has a nice stretch to it.

The turquoise one was made with Caron Simply Soft, which is a very limp, light worsted (medium #4).

The only difference in their construction is that I added one repeat of the pattern stitch (8 rows) for the baby yarn one. This is spelled out on the pattern.

Two PDFs are included, one for 2-needle knitting and one for circular knitting on double-pointed needles. So you can try out both ways, if you like.
