This pattern is to make a pair of simple, basic, stay-on booties. The booties are worked in the round from the sole up to the cuff. You only need to sew up a very small seam at the sole.

To make these booties totally seamless, you can cast-on using Judy’s Magic Cast-on.

You can either make these booties using double pointed needles or using long circular needles with Magic Loop method. If you are new to the Magic Loop, here is a link to a very good tutorial: http://www.knittinghelp.com/video/play/magic-loop

Gauge: 20 stitches = 4” in stockinette stitch, using the larger needle.

Sizes: Newborn, 6 month & 12 month
Sole length: 3.5, 4, 4.5 inches
