The pattern is a bit vague as I didn’t think to write it down until after I’d finished the scarf, but as it’s fairly straightforward I don’t imagine it’ll be too much of a problem.

The scarf is ribbed at both ends. The outer two knit-side ridges become a big looping cable that transitions into a border for the body of the scarf.

The pattern uses up exactly one skein of yarn, though you can add or subtract for the length that suits you best.
