There are 3 different Knit Scarf designs in the pattern.
Each one takes a different 9” straight needle.
Between sizes 6 through 10.5.
#1 is Knit only using 2 strands of DK weight yarn. and size 8
#2 is knit only using 1 strand of worsted weight yarn & uses sizes 6 and 10.5
#3 is all knit but using yarn overs, slip stitches and knit 2 together to add texture, using size 9 or 10 needles.
All three scarves can be made in any fiber, Wool, acrylic, mohair, alpaca, silk, cotton, nylon or any combination of these yarns. The softer the yarn the better the scarf looks and feels.
