Basic Tardis Blanket
by Heidi Ross
A simple but effective Tardis Blanket constructed from crochet squares. Each square is a 3 round solid granny.
The example pictured was worked up using 4 Seasons 12ply Acrylic (available from Spotlight stores in Australia) but any yarn weight can be used, keeping in mind that this will affect the end size. 12ply results in a throw blanket perfect for snuggling on the lounge.
I used:
6 balls of white (96 squares)
5 balls of dark blue (88 squares)
1 ball of mid grey (9 squares)
1 ball of black (5 squares)
Each ball yielded up to 18 squares
Allow additional yarn for whip stitching the squares together
