STRIPES AND HEARTS SLIPPERS
One-piece, toe-up!

I had the classic shape of Espadrilles in mind creating these slippers.
The stripes reminds me of canvas-fabric, chose your favorite color-combinations.

As I always do with all my cotton slippers, Cord-Soles are joined to the slipper bottoms as a final finish.

Yarn:

Worsted/4. 100 % cotton, or any suitable yarn for this
project, obtaining the gauge-info in instruction.

My Yarn: Double-stranded crochet-thread # 3.
Recommended, as you achieve a stiff and sturdy fabric, perfect for cotton slippers/shoes.
50 g ball (1.8 oz), 136 m (150 yd).
WPI (Wrap per inch): 21.

Any brand for crochet thread # 3 will do fine.
E.g.: Aunt Lydia’s Crochet thread Fashion 3.

Amount:
50-100 g (1.8-3.5 oz) depending on size.
About 1/3 of each color.
Scrap-yarn is great for this project!

Crochet hook:
European metric 3.5 mm (US E/4),
or any hook size to obtain the gauge and size information.

SIZES:

Small = US 2 - 4 / EU 34-36
Medium = US 5 - 6 / EU 37-38
Large= US 7 - 8/ EU 39-40
Extra Large = US 9-10 / EU 41-42
