Even with the fairly tight fabric, this soaker is pretty stretchy. I tended to make the medium (casting on 90 to 100 stitches depending on the stitch pattern I knitted it in) and it lasted from a few months old ‘til they were out of diapers. My kids were skinny, though, and medium or so sized at birth so I’ve added small and large sizes, too.
