• Yarn: Weight 4, Medium. Examples made using Caron Simply Soft in Bone (Color A), and Dark Country Blue (Color B).
• Hook: H, or size needed for specified gauge.
Sizing: Measurements are approximated, subjects may vary.
• Gauge: 8 Dc rows and 13 Dc Sts = 4” x 4”.
• For the best fit, measure the chest circumference and torso length of your subject. Follow the closest pattern with those dimensions.

General Pattern Notes
• Each pattern is written in 3 sections for ease of use: chest, seams, skirt.
• Flower pattern is provided at the bottom of page 7.
• Before beginning the skirt, assure right side of garment is facing (based on arm seams).
• Fitting: This is a fitted garment; it should not be loose or tight. Measure your bust before you begin and follow the smallest pattern size that is closest to your measurement. The boat neck is only flattering when flat, and it will only lay flat when fitted. The band should sit a few inches under the bust. Before you begin the skirt, try the piece on to assure it’s fitted, comfortable and flattering. If your bust is considerably larger than your waist a belt may be added at the band line to cinch, giving a more fitted, flattering, and modern look.
