Materials:
* Fingering weight yarn
Scraps in bottle, label, and cap colors

• DPNs US3/0 1.50mm
• Tapestry needle sized to yarn
• Polyfill or yarn scraps for stuffing
• Scrap worsted weight for braiding fuse cord

Required Techniques:

• Long tail cast on
• Working in the round
• Stranded colorwork
• K - knit
• P - purl
• K1fb - increase by knitting into the front and back of the stitch
• K2tog - knit 2 together decrease
• Draw through live stitches and snug up to close
• Weaving in ends

Gauge:
You just want to create a very firm fabric by knitting to a tight gauge.

My finished bottles with fingering weight on size 3/0 1.50mm needles are 2 inches tall.
