Both scarves begin with 5 stitches, with increases every other right side row to the width of the scarf, then decreases every other right side row to end with 5 stitches. A slip stitch edge gives a clean finish along all edges. An interesting combination of three different easy to work knit and purl pattern stitches along with garter stitch create textural interest!
