My sister wanted to re-learn how to crochet, so I made up this pattern for her. She did a fabulous job creating this hat (not bad for not crocheting in forever)!

Pattern Corrections: (updated May 26, 2010)
Notes:

1. Hook size: G (4.5 mm) To make the hat bigger or smaller, use a different size crochet hook
2. My sister used: worsted weight, Paton’s Classic Wool, 100 grams, 223 yards
3. The ch2 space at the beginning of the round does not count as a stitch.

4.DC is done under both top threads.
5. This hat will appear large while you are in the middle of the project, but will come together in the end as it decreases down to fit an average adult female.
