The gauge and needle size given are for Thick and Quick. In Thick and Quick, the final blanket size is approx. 48” x 56”.

If you use Knit Picks Swish Bulky, adjust your gauge to 11 stitches over 4 inches, which I got on a size 13 needle. The finished size will be approx. 37” x 48”.
