This super simply but beautiful scarf drapes just right and the best thing about this pattern you can make it, longer (just add more chains in the beginning); make it wider (keep adding rows); a cowl (hand stitch the two ends together) or my favorite make a rectangle fold in half, stitch ends and it becomes a shrug. However you decide to do it you have an accessory that will make your friend say WOW! This scarf really needs a very soft yarn that drapes so keep this in mind if you are using a different yarn. Done in a white yarn this would make a beautiful wedding shawl.
