Caramel Frappé is a crescent-shaped shawlette worked in timeless stockinette, adorned with a delicate lace hemline, first seen on my Evening Glory skirts.
The fun, on-the-go construction allows you to enjoy your favorite cup of coffee while working with your long-treasured skein (or two).
Starting with the lace hemline knitted sideways, the stitches are picked up along the side, effortless shaping and smooth stockinette form the graceful curve from the bottom up.

The pattern is written for sport weight yarn, merino or its blends. Also included is information on how the shawlette’s size and yarn requirements can be easily customize by using different yarn weights (light fingering to aran), needle sizes and gauge.

Light fingering to aran weight yarn, merino or its blends with such as silk, alpaca, or cashmere.

Brown (M): Malabrigo Arroyo (sport), Coffee Toffee color.
Red (M): Madelinetosh Feather (light fingering), Cherry colorway.
Pink/purple (S): Colour Adventures Exquisite sport, Bleeding Heart colorway.
