This design pays homage to the historic charm of Leo Carrillo Ranch. Inspired by antique fences in the neighborhood park, this knit hat flaunts a stunning array of cables with a gradual decrease in elements. Wrap yourself in history and style with the Carrillo Hat.

Finished measurements
18”/46 cm brim circumference.
9”/23 cm height from base of ribbing to top-center of crown.

2 balls of Katia Merino Sport (100% Virgin Wool, 87 yds/80 m in 50 gr)

Needles
Size US 6/4 mm and size US 8/5 mm circular needles 16”/40 cm long, or size to obtain gauge.
Optional: second Size US 6/4 mm circular needles 16”/40 cm long.
One set of double-pointed needles size US 8/5 mm.

Notions
Stitch markers, waste yarn, crochet hook size G/4 mm for Provisional Cast On, 2 cable needles, tapestry needle.

Construction Notes
The hat is worked from brim to crown in the round.
