The Cat hat cat hat can be worn for maximum ear coverage or for the more daring, expose more ear. Starting with an I cord tie, the side and top are knit side to side in garter stitch edged with I cord. Ear holes are bound off and cast on and is finished with a second I cord. Ears are knit from stitches picked up from the ear holes. Easy to make with a minimal investment of yarn. The kitty pictured here felt loved and appreciated when the Cat hat cat hat was placed on his head.
