Cherry Blossom Bookmark
This pattern is
available for free.
The blossoms may be already fallen from the cherry trees, but with the cherry blossom bookmark, you can take the beauty of spring with you for the rest of the year. The Cherry Blossom Bookmark has 2 flowers, one large and one small, joined with a length of chain stitches, crocheted all in one piece.
Any yarn can be used for this bookmark, along with the smallest hook for that weight of yarn (for instance, I used an F hook with a worsted weight yarn). It’s a great way to use up leftover scrap yarn in pretty colors.
This pattern was originally designed for a fandom auction held on Livejournal after the earthquake and tsunami in Japan on March 11th, 2011, to help raise money for disaster relief.
