Children of the forest
This is a cowl, a pretty cowl with a leafy edge.
It’s inspired by childen of the forest from A Song of Ice and Fire novels by George R.R. Martin. They are described as ”dark and beautiful” with vines and flowers woven into their hair and clothing.
The cowl is knitted first flat and then you join it in the round and end with the leafy edge which are worked flat.
Pattern is both written, charted and with photo-tutorials.
