In animal symbolism an owl means wisdom, protection and wealth. That’s why I thought of making an owl into a Christmas ornament. It can be hung on the Christmas tree, door knob or anywhere in the house as a sign of luck.

My 23 pages instructions to make this owl are clear and easy, supported by 26 high quality, detailed photos.I literally take you step by step through the process of making this ornament. I use Canon D30 professional camera.

The height of the ornament is 2.6 in (6.5 cm) and the width 2 in (5 cm) although it can be easily increased by using a thicker yarn.

To work this pattern you need to know the sl st,ch, sc, hdc, dc and some basic embroidery skills.
