550 yds of 125yd/4oz. chunky yarn or double worsted weight yarn.

How to do the shortrows:
w & ret#, w: at the end of a right side short row wrap the next st purl side first and then rev work to knit back to the beginning of the right side short row plus a st (thus knitting a wrapped st), wrap the next st purl side first, rev work to begin next short row.

You should know how to: CO with longtail CO, knit in the round, cable, kitchener stitch, sew knit edges together, short row and BO with stem stitch,
