I designed this sweater based on an asymmetric peplum blouse that I recently sewed. The Vine Pattern and slightly ruffled edge created by the garter stitch border remind me of trails of seaweed on beaches in the summer. The Bouquet Pattern highlights the waist without being overly constricting, and a simple twisted-rib pattern in the upper half allows the hems to take center stage. The cashmere-blend yarn makes this a truly luxurious sweater.
