This design sort of just flowed from me. Hook in hand and some leftover yarn in bright colors, I decided to created “something” for my craft room. That something became a throw/area rug, and through some fun yarn play, it turned into this fun 7, 8 or 12 sided throw!
This is the “King” of stash busters! Use any color, yarn weight, hook size you wish! You can not go wrong with this pattern. The more colors/yarn types, the better. It will become a true kaleidoscope of colors.
Depending on how big you want this (and that is entirely up to you!) and the type of yarn you use, this can be a simple throw or table covering, a baby blanket, a bedspread, or an area rug.
The options are truly limitless with this Coastal Kaleidoscope!
