The textures of this scarf remind me of the old beautiful cobblestone roads meeting the paved roads of the modern world.

This well written pattern includes a chart and figure pictures to serve as visual aids to the written pattern. It is made up of the simple stitches of single crochet, half double crochet, and double crochet but the combination/variations of these stitches makes the pattern an intermediate level.

The pattern recommends using 705 yds/320 g of fingering weight yarn (2) but it would look beautiful in any yarn weight. I personally used Knit Picks Andean Treasure (100% Baby Alpaca) and a 5.00mm (H/8) crochet hook so it is lightweight and airy, yet warm.
