I designed this pattern for my husband who is a construction worker and has to work through our Canadian winter. And when he’s 30 stories up, the wind can get quite cold. I wanted to make something that was comfy, warm, and practical and fit nicely under the mandatory hard hat. I also wanted it to be long enough to cover the length of the neck. So this is my comfy, quick-to-knit adult ski mask.

It was important for me to use a machine-washable yarn seeing as this was being worn and sweated in daily on a construction site.
