This pattern is for a single peacock feather. You can sew the feathers together to make all types of things like headbands, or a Peacock tail for a costume.

You should be able to use any type of worsted weight yarn. In fact, you may be able to use chunky or sport weight, it would just make the feather bigger or smaller respectively.

You need very little yarn for each part of the feather. You could even use scraps!
