Materials

• Small amount any weight yarn
• Small amount stuffing
• Crochet hook
• Tapestry needle
• Embroidery floss or thread for mouth
• 2 small beads for eyes (these could be embroidered also, or wiggle eyes can be used)
• Any desired accessories (I made carrot shaped noses from polymer clay, you can add buttons on the body, make little earmuffs or a hat and mittens, a scarf, a broom, etc.)
• Any weight yarn (or thread) can be used with an appropriate hook. Size will change according to type of yarn and hook used. I used fine fuzzy yarn with a ‘B’ steel hook, and the finished man was approximately 4 inches tall. With Lion Brand Jiffy yarn and a ‘I’ hook, height was about 7 1/2 inches.
