Crochet Sphere
by Anne Adeline
Discontinued.
This digital pattern is no longer available online.
With a gauge swatch and a bit of Calculus I devised this pattern. It is crocheted in six wedges that are sewn together to create a sphere.
Hook size: 4.25mm hook
The size and gauge doesn’t really matter unless you want an exactly 6” diameter sphere.
Yarn: A little under 1.5 skeins of Wool of the Andes.
Any worsted weight should do.
This was worked in the colorway “Pidgeon Twist”.
Extra Stuff:
Yarn needle
Styrofoam ball or other stuffing (the sample was made with a styrofoam ball that was 6” diameter)
