I know that there are very many crochet star tutorials out there for free but I decided to make my own so that when I link to it for my paid-for patterns I know that it will still be there and I don’t have to worry that the original poster has taken the pattern down!

I learned to crochet using American terms so that is what I have used here.
Stitches used:

Magic Circle
Chain
Double Crochet: Yarn over, insert your hook into the next stitch, yarn over, pull through a loop, yarn over and pull through two loops, yarn over again and pull through the remaining two loops (UK Treble Crochet)

What you will need:

4mm Crochet Hook also known as a G
Double Knitting yarn (You can actually change up the yarn and hook size to make bigger or smaller stars!)
A tapestry needle or any needle with a big enough eye to accommodate the yarn
