This crochet pattern is worked using two pattern stitches. The turtle neck portion is worked using a reversible Slip Stitch Rib and the body portion is worked using a non-reversible rib stitch which resembles the look of the knitted English Rib. Both of these pattern stitches produce a fabric which has more stretch than the typical crocheted rib stitches. Instructions for both stitches are included.
This pattern should fit most adult sizes, but it can be easily customized for a larger Dickey. Tips for customizing your Dickey are included.
