Pattern written for adult and child size hat. Pattern uses about 2 ozs of yarn. Pattern directions given for two-tone hat which needs less than 2 ozs of yarn for main color and 1 oz for contrasting color.

If using Aran yarn, gauge is 4 stitches = 1 inch and about 3 rows = 1 inch.
