Crocheting diamonds
With this basic tutorial you learn to crochet diamonds/harlequins/triangles with clear lines. The pattern is available in English as an Adobe Spark-presentation.
The pattern is written for right-handed crocheters, but if you are a left-handed crocheter and find the pattern difficult to read send me a message and I’ll send you another version (I am left-handed too).
For this basic pattern you can use many yarns, but when crocheting tapestry crochet, “sticky” yarns might be more difficult to work with. Choose also a smaller hook size than normally. You can find this information in the pattern as well and some suggestion for yarns.
In the pictures, you see some of the projects I have made with this technique so far.
Hope you enjoy crocheting diamonds!
