This is a revision of the Cthulhu Bearded Hat Pattern as designed by Nichole M. Verville. Upon attempting to follow the pattern, I found it exceedingly small, and I didn’t want to use a larger hook since that would make the hat stitching too open (and I doubted I could get it large enough just with a larger hook). Upon examining the comments on the pattern, I found others with the same problem, so i decided to rewrite it.

Note - this pattern has not been tested. The final product did come out LARGE. on my husband, the back comes all the way down over his neck, and it is a bit loose…but that is the way he wanted it.
